Entry Cost Costs include: 1. Entertainment & Parties VIP entry to exclusive BladeRun parties on Friday, Saturday & Sunday evening and a private beach party on Sunday afternoon. 2. Drinks Some alcoholic drinks are included 3. Dinners & Barbeque Dinner included on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - One evening meal per person, typically 3-course meal and / or barbeque (subject to weather and location). 4. Clothing Each participant will receive the exclusive fully branded BladeRun race jacket, plus The BladeRun sports cap and two BladeRun t-shirts. 5. Marine Support BladeRun will be chartering several boats to act as safety and support and this is Included in the overall event costs. 6. Helicopter Footage The BladeRun Helicopter will be sweeping above the fleet capturing the excitement and spectacle of the start of the rally with a photographer and camera man capturing all the boats below. All participants will be given bespoke footage of their boats which will be posted on YouTube for friends, family and sponsors to see. An example of this can be seen on the exclusive BladeRunRally You Tube channel. UK BladeRun Event Entry Cost Per Person - £ 500.00 + VAT* All Bladerunners are issued with a loyalty card entitling them to discounts in future events *Costs do not include Hotels, Flights & Transfers, Powerboat Charters

Group Numbers BladeRun will accept single entrants, and groups of 4 or more are ideal. There is no upper limit to the number of entrants that we can accept, however the choice and options as far as the types, availability and the number of boats that we can charter is limited with larger groups.

Powerboats Entrants may wish to enter their own boats providing they meet our participant requirements as far as safety equipment, necessary qualifications and insurance. BladeRun can assist with all of this leading up to the event but will not carry out any training or inspections the week before the event. BladeRun will supply a list of boat types and costs (Example selection is included).

Hotels BladeRun will issue an official list of recommended hotels for each destination; this list contains varying options, according to budget, and uses hotels located close to the marinas and party venues.

Flights, Parking & Transfers The BladeRun entry fee does not include flights; the BladeRun schedule clearly advises all participants where and when they need to be. Parking or transfers to and from Airports and Hotels is not included.

Booking Places on the Blade Run Rally may be limited and the starting line up always fills up fast. As soon as any route or dates are announced entrants from across the UK, Europe and the USA always register very quickly, especially those returning to do the event. Priority booking is available to those with maximum occupancy or previous entrants and paying immediately upon receipt of invoice. To reserve your Charter boat 1.
